8. Cancellations and Returns

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. After this period, a cancellation fee of 50% of the shipping cost applies. Shipments that have already been picked up cannot be cancelled.

9. Insurance

Standard shipping includes basic coverage up to the declared value. For high-value items, we recommend purchasing additional insurance. Insurance premiums must be paid at the time of booking.

10. Customs and Duties

For international shipments, customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. Rihil Express will assist with documentation but is not responsible for customs delays or charges. Any duties owed at destination must be paid by the recipient.
